2. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all content created using Forge Writer. We claim no IP rights over your creative output.
3. AI Content Disclosure
You are responsible for reviewing all AI-assisted content. Review KDP guidelines on AI content before publishing.
4. Service Availability
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Regular backups recommended.
5. Acceptable Use
No illegal use, malicious content, or abuse of the platform.
6. Payment
Pay-per-use for AI processing. Prices subject to change with notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Provided "as is". Not liable for indirect damages. Liability limited to amount paid in preceding 12 months.
8. Governing Law
Governed by laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes resolved in Ottawa, Ontario.
